Our medical director, Dr. David D. Shin, is uniquely qualified in that he is board-certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery, a Diplomate of the American Board of Phlebology, and is credentialed as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI).  Dr. Shin was one of the pioneers in incorporating minimally invasive vein procedures in Houston.  He has been treating varicose veins for more than ten years and has performed thousands of successful operations for varicose vein management.  When physicians and nurses need their varicose veins treated, they seek their care with Dr. Shin.

Our center specializes in treating the whole spectrum of venous disease.  We treat – spider veins, varicose veins, and venous stasis ulcers (skin breakdown) – utilizing the most advanced techniques and instruments available, to provide minimally invasive and effective treatment of venous disease.
