What should I expect on my first visit?

On your first visit, you will be evaluated by Dr. David Shin.  A history and physical examination will be performed as well as an ultrasound examination to determine the severity and distribution of your vein problem.  Once that is completed, Dr. Shin will provide you with treatment options and recommendations, and will answer any questions you may have.  If you develop any questions after your visit, you are welcome to call us or e-mail our center.  The initial visit is usually covered by most insurance carriers as long as you are having symptoms such as leg pain.
